- Provide 500 ml milk
- Provide 1/2 cup chickpea soaked
- Take 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Use 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Prepare 2 tbsp roasted crushed peanuts
- Provide 1/4 cup roasted cashew powder
- Use 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Provide 1 tsp green cardamom powder

- Take soaked chickpea in pressure cooker add milk and boil it 5 to 6 whistle or till chickpea nicely cooked

- Melt ghee in a pan add chickpea paste and roast till fine and pleasant smell, when done keep aside

- Add vanilla essence, cardamom powder and cinnamon powder and mix well and switch of gas and left to slightly cool
- Now add roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts and cashew powder and mix well
- When it's slightly cool take a small batch of mixture in a modak mold and make modak
- Make all modaks like this and ready to bhog to Ganpati bappa and serve and enjoy
