  1. Stuffing - In a bowl. mix together all the ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Cheela - Soak the lentils and the milles in sufficient water for 5-6 hours. Grind along with some water to a smooth paste. Add rest of the ingredients and keep aside.
  3. Heat a non-stick tawa and brush with some oil. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it around into a circle.
  4. Drizzle some oil on the edges and cook on a low flame on both sides till light brown in colour. Transfer to a plate. Make similar cheela with the remaining batter.
  5. Sandwich - Grease a open flame sandwich maker and place one cheela. Put some of the stuffing in the centre and cover with another cheela.
