  1. Prepare 1 bowl saibhaji (palak Sabzi)
  2. Prepare 2 bowls wheat Atta
  3. Get 2 big spoon chaval(Rice) flour
  4. Get 2 tbsp Besan
  5. Take 2 small onions (finely chopped)
  6. Get 2 green chillies, coriander leaves and kasuri methi (1tsp)
  7. You need as per taste All Spices including Salt
  8. Get as required Oil and butter
  9. Use For Mayonise:
  10. Provide 5tbsp Amul butter
  11. Provide 2 tbsp Malai,
  12. Prepare 1tbs mix herbs,
Steps to make Palak Paratha:
  1. In a big vessel/thal put Saibhaji (leftover palak ki Sabzi), chopped Onions, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, kasuri methi,add all three Atta's(wheat flour, Rice flour and besan)
  2. Then put all Spices add Salt,3tbsp Oil/ 1 tbsp butter,make dough and keep it cover for few minutes.Make medium size paratha from Dough and put Oil ya butter,till it's done and serve hot with Curd ya Mayonnaise, sauce
  3. For Mayonise; in a bowl put butter, Malai,add mix herbs(red chilli flakes, oregano and pepper powder),beat all ingredients with a big spoon till it's soft
  4. Lastly serve Paratha with Curd, roasted papad and Mayonise (homemade) and yummy it taste
