  1. Cook rice & keep it aside. Roast Bengal gram, urad dal, cardamom seeds, red chilli,cloves, cinnamon, coriander seeds, grated coconut & make a powder in mixer & keep it aside. Chop all vegetables. boil potato & Beans & keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, jeera, curry leaves & saute well.
