The ingredients needed to prepare Gatte ki sabzi:
- Get for gatte:
- Take 100 gm besan
- Provide as needed salt
- You need 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Take as needed oil
- Use 1/4 tsp ajwain
- Take for gravy:
- You need 1 tsp ginger paste
- Get 1 tsp garlic paste
- Take 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
- Provide 1 bowl tomato, onion paste
- Take 2 whole red chilli

- Take to taste salt
- You need 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Use 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Use 1 tsp garam masala
- Get leaves coriander
Instructions to make Gatte ki sabzi:
- For gatte. mix all the ingredients mentioned above for gatte.knead a dough.
- Now take little dough in your hands and shape it like cylinders. make cylinders of whole dough and keep aside.
- Now take a big vessel and boil some water in it. when water starts boiling add all cylinders. boil them for 10 min.
- Take out cylinders from water. dont discard water. it will be used in making gravy. now with the help of knife cut the cylinder in small pieces.
- Now take a wok. add oil heat add ginger, green chilli and garlic paste.add red chilli. saute add onion and tomtao paste.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder mix well. now add water which we had kpet aside after boiling gatte. left it boil. cook on medium heat for 5 min.
- Now add gatte and cook for 10 min on medium flame
- Garnish with coriander leaves. serve it.
