- Add chicken saute 5 minutes on high flame than add all masalas after half cooked chicken,
- On the other deep pan take1 liter water put cumin seeds, green cardamom, boil it,and add rice,when rice 70%cooked than strain it,
- Now come on biryani layers preparation- On same chicken pot,half chicken take out add layers of rice than sprinkle fried onions and coriander leaves and sprinkle biryani masala,again put leftover chicken and repeat same process till all ingredients finish,
- Cover the pan with foil nicely and Place a tight-fitting lid on the pan,medium low to medium and cook 15 -25 minutes
- Turn off the heat and leave for 10 mins. Stir well, mixing through chopped coriander.
