- Get 6 Fish Slice
- Provide 2 Tomatoes
- Use 3 Onionchopped
- Prepare 6 Cloves garlic
- Provide 3 Tablespoons turmeric

- Marinate the cleaned fish pieces (cut, washed, cleaned with turmeric) in paste prepared from mixing - garlic paste + salt + red chilli powder for 15-20 mins.
- To hot oil in kadhai, add sliced onion and sugar, fry till golden, add chopped tomato and let half cook.. make this into paste in grinder.
- To hot oil in kadhai, add the marinated fish pieces and just fry for a minute on both sides.
- Add the masala + salt + sugar + garam masala + ginger paste + water and cover.
