- Prepare 500 gms Kundru (Ivy Gourd)-
- Use 3-4 Garlic cloves
- Take 4 Dry red chilli
- Get 1 tomato
- Use 2 tsp mustard oil

- You need 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- Get 1 tsp Coriander powder

Instructions to make Kundru ki sabzi:
- Wash well, pat dry and discard pointed ends of the kundru. Slice all the kundru in round shape.
- Make a paste of tomato, dry red chilli’s and garlic cloves by grinding them. Don’t use water. Tomato will help in grinding.
- Take a pan and add oil. - Now add the paste prepared and keep stirring.
- Add Cumin seeds when you see the oil oozing out from the paste. Then add mustard seeds and a pinch of heeng.
- Add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Stir well and then add the chopped kundru. - Mix everything well - Now add chopped onions to the pan and mix again
- Cover and let it cook for 5-7 minutes - - Keep stirring inbetween and cover again till it becomes soft.
- When it’s done, add garam masala and serve hot with chapati
