- Prepare 10-12 Papad
- Provide 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- Prepare 1/2 cup Curd
- Provide 3 tsp Besan

- Whisk together the curd, haldi, salt, red chilli powder, dhania powder and besan. Heat oil in a pan add the cumin seeds. Once they crackle up add the whisked curd. Cook for a few minutes. Add the water and cook till the oil seperates.
