- Prepare 1/4 tsp Haldi
- Take 1/2 tsp Lal mirchi powder

Instructions to make Kofta Curry:
- Mix all ingredients of kofta and make balls
- Cook on preheated appe pan till golden brown. Keep aside.
- In a mixer jar grind all together -onion garlic ginger chilli and tomatoes.
- In a kadai dry roast jeera, laving, dalchini and tej patta.
- Put onion tomato paste. Cook till water evaporates.
- Add kaju/melon paste. Cook for a min.
- Add all dry spices. Mix well.
- Add water to make thick gravy. Let it cook for 5 mins.
- Add koftas. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with roti /parathas.
