  1. Take a bowl add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chopped onions, coriandor leaves.
  2. With curd and water mix it and make thick batter. Heat up a pan on low flame apply oil
  3. Now place one roti on heated tava. Apply the batter on roti. Spread some oil on it.
  4. Flip the roti slowly. Now apply batter on other side too. Spread some oil.
  5. Close the lid and let cooked for a min or 2 on low medium flame. Now slowly take spatula at the bottom part. And flip the roti again. Close the lid for a min or 2.
  6. Open the lid and flip it again. Super crisp and golden roasted. Flip it again roast it properly. And it done.see both the sides. Cut it with pizza cutter and serve.

  8. Note:. 1) If u want more crisp add 2 tsp semolina. 2) Any Veggies can be added of Ur choice like cabbage, capsicum, carrot, corn etc. I was shortage of Veggies so used only onions.
