  1. Get Beef chow mein you will need
  2. You need 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  3. Take 1 cup beef stock
  4. Get 700 grams diced beef
  5. Get 1 packages stir fry noodles

  7. Take 1 bunch Baby pak choy, trimmed, shredded

  10. When you have done all of this, give the wok a good stir for 3 minutes so the beef sauce covers all of the ingredients and is piping hot.
