- Use 1-2 cup basen

- First take a mixing bowl and put some gram flour(basen) red chilli powder, salt, kasoori methi,oil and ajwain and mix it add some water and make a soft dough.
- After that take a small piece from dough and make a shape of gatta after making all the gatta.
- Put a pan on gas and put 1-2 glass of water and add 1tsb oil and salt and take a boil in water and add all the gatta and cook it till soften.
- Take a another pan and put 1-2 tsb oil put some cumin seed and crackle it put a bay leaf ajwain and crackle it pinch of hing after that mix the ginger garlic paste in it roast it after that put onions and cook it till brown and after that put all the tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes soft.
- After that add the cream and cook for 1-2 min and after that add all the spices and cook for 1/ 2 min.
