- Take 250 gm colocasia leaves
- You need 250 gm split green gram
- Take 250 gm chawli dal
- Provide 2 tsp green chilli paste
- Take 1 tsp ginger paste
- Provide 1 tsp garlic paste
- Prepare 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- Provide 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp freshly ground cloves
- Prepare 1/2 tsp cinnamon Powder

- Wash and soak dal for 4 hours. Strain and grind.
- Clean leaves and remove the vein of colocassia leaves.

- Place colocasia leaf on a clean flat surface with light green color side facing upwards, spread dal mixture evenly on the leaf using fingers. Place another leaf on 1st leaf and spread dal mixture, repeat this process with 6-7 leaves. Fold both side edges in middle and spread dal on it. Roll it tightly from one end to other end. Make other roll with same process.
