The ingredients needed to cook CHOW-OODLES:
- Get 2 Packet Maggie Noodles
- Provide 2 Packet Chowmein
- Take 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Use 1 tsp Black Salt
- You need 8 pieces Bean
- Use 2 Carrot
- Take 1 Capsicum
- Take Soya Oil to Cook
Instructions to make CHOW-OODLES:
- Boil the Noodles in salt water for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Soak the Chowmein in hot water for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Put them in a bowl. Add cold water. Immediately take out. (This step helps in reducing stickiness).
- Cut the veggies into thin slices.
- Pour oil in pan.
- Put the veggies for frying. Add 1 tsp Black Salt, 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder. Keep frying till veggies soften.
- Add 1 Packet Maggie Masala.
- Add the noodles Chowmein.
- Mix everything carefully. Add 1 Packet Maggie Masala and finish cooking.
