- Provide 100 gm chavli
- Prepare 2 tbsp Oil
- Take 1 tsp jeera
- Take 1 curry leaves
- Take 1 chopped onion

- Soak chavli for overnight and pressure cook it for 3 whistle.
- Take kadhai and pour oil in it. Make tadka of jeera, curry leaves. Mix it and wait till jeera splits open
- Add onion amd tomato and cook it till onion gets soft. Till then keep water to boil in another pot.
- Add spices in onion and mix it. And wait till it seperates oil. Add chavli in it and gently stir it. Add boiling water, shengdana kut and salt in it.
- Boil it till oil surfaces on Top. Garnish it with coriander and serve it.
