- Provide 5 potatoes boiled
- Prepare 1 tablespoon ginger, garlic, grn & chilli crushed

- Use 1 teaspoon red chilli

- Prepare 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- Provide 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder or 2 inch sticks

Instructions to make Vada pav:
- Boil poatatoes…take a pan n put a tbsp oil when hot put mustard seeds n let crackle.put cumin seeds and curry leaves n asafoetida saute.put ginger garlic grn chilli crushed and saute till raw smell goes.pit all powder..put potatoes and coriander leaves..make balls of this.
- Mix everything under vada batter and make a smooth paste.
- Dip vadas in batter n deep fry and keep aside.
- Dry grind all the mix under red chutney..
- Assemble: take a pav n apply mithi chutney on one side and other side with red chutney and chopped onions and place a vada & roast on dry hot pan and serve with fried green chillies.
- Note:take a slotted spoon(with holes which we use for frying) place green chillies on it and deep fry.
