Instructions to make Masala Dosa:
- Soak dal and rice together for 3 hrs
- Grind it smoothly add salt mix well
- Ferment the batter for 12 hrs
- Dosa batter ready
- For masala take oil in kadai
- Add all the tadkas items fry
- Add onion fry till light brown
- Add tomato salt and turmeric powder fry
- Add a spoon of Ginger paste fry
- Add a glass of water
- Add the smashed potato and mix
- Add besan and water
- Cook till all water gone
- Make big dosas in a tawa
- In one side of the dosa add coconut chutney and another side potato masala
- Serve with chutney and sambar
