- Mix all the ingredients of besan cheela ina bowl and make a pouring consistency batter with the help of water. Keep it aside for few minutes
- Mix all the ingredients of filling in a mixer and churn them roughly. Take a pan and pour oil in it and cook the masala for 2 minutes
