- Get 1 onion finely chopped

- In nonstick pan add heat oil,add mustard seeds and cumin seeds,as they splutter,add asafoetida, turmeric powder curry leaves and chopped onion,mix and saute for few minutes.
- Add & mix salt, sugar powder and lemon juice in soften poha. Now add this poha in soften onion,mix well. Off the flame. Add & mix roasted/ fried peanuts.
- In serving bowl, put two-three laddleful of prepared Kanda Poha, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
