- You need 11/2 cup thin variety of flatten rice(poha)
- Prepare 1 medium onion finely chopped

- Seive flatten rice /poha,to remove powder part from it. Wash it strainer and keep aside for 2 mins.
- Add & mix chopped onion, grated coconut,sugar powder, salt and squeeze lemon juice on it. Mix gently.
- In small tadka pan add, heat oil. Add mustard seeds,as it splutter add tumeric powder, chopped green chillies, curry leaves,hing.(As I had fried peanutsso didn't fry, but you can fry raw peanuts in oil, in this tadka pan, before preparing tadka)
- Pour this tadka on soaked poha- onion-coconut mixture. Keep cover for 5-10 minutes. Mix gently.
