- Take 1 1/2 glass water
- Use 1/2 cup moong sprouts
- Provide 2 cup puffed rice (kurmura)
- Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
- Provide 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Provide 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Use 1 small onion finely chopped
- Take 1 tomato finely chopped
- You need 3 tbsp fried peanuts

- Use 3 tbsp bikaneri bhujia or aloo bhujia
Steps to make Sprouts churmuri:
- In a bowl, boil 1& 1/2 glass water.
- Once, starts boiling add moong sprouts and switch off the flame. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes strain the blanched moong sprouts and spread on a strainer.
- In a kadai, dry roast puffed rice for 3 minutes on medium flame.
- Now switch off the flame, add chilli powder, salt, chaat masala and mustard oil and mix well
- Now add fried peanuts, finely chopped onion and tomato, coriander leaves, moong sprouts, bikaneri bhujia and mix well
