  1. Dry roast flatten nylon rice flakes for 5 to 7 minutes on low to medium flame. Keep all the ingredients ready for frying crispy.
  2. Heat oil n fry peanuts until crisp for 7 to 10 minutes on medium flame. Then on law flame fry coconut flakes. They will be fried very fast so keep stirring. Fry until crisp n golden in colour.
  3. Then fry roasted chana daal unti crisp. Fry cashew nuts until colour change. Fry raisins until they puff up.
  4. Fry curry leaves until crisp. Mix everything together. In the hot oil add mustard, sesame n cumin seeds.
  5. Now add green chillies n saute well until green chilli fried well.Add all the fried ingredients n add powdered masalas. Add nylon flatten rice flakes n mix well with soft hands. Add powdered sugar.
