  3. Take 1 tbsp oil

  1. Wash chopped spinach. In kadhai dry roast besan flour for 2-3 mins. Remove in bowl. Add and heat oil in same kadhai do tempering of cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
  2. Add chopped spinach,mix and saute for 2 mins, add water, cover & cook for 2 mins. Add salt,red chilli powder,dhania jeera powder mix well.
  3. Add roasted besan,salt lemon juice mix well cook for 2 mins.
