- Take 1/2 cup Mutter - boiled
- Use 1 cup Tomatoes - chopped
- Get 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds -
- Get to taste Salt
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Red mirchi powder -
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Haldi -
- Take 1/2 tsp Garam masala -
- You need 1 tbsp Oil -
- Prepare Spring/Green garlic for garnish
Instructions to make Indochina rice:
- Cook rice by adding little salt and oil.
- Do not over cook rice. Each grain should be separate.
- Keep aside and let it cool.
- Now in a large wok heat oil and put ginger garlic chillies. Saute it.
- Then add onions carrots. Saute it for a minute.
- Add salt and all sauces and vinegar. Mix well.
- Now put flame on high and add capsicum and cabbage. Mix well. Dont cook just mix properly.
- Add rice and mix well.
- Garnish with spring garlic/ onions.

- Add mustard seeds when crackle put garlic and green chillies. Saute it.
- Add chopped methi and cook for 2 mins. Add chopped vegetables.

- Add salt red mirch powder haldi and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add boiled mutter and rice. Mix well and cook for a min
- Garnish with spring garlic. Serve hot with any curry and raita/ papad/ salad.
