- Take 1 cup Scraped Coconut
- Use 2 cup Cooked Rice cooled
- Take 2-3 tbsp Oil
- Get 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds

- Provide 1-2 tsp Roasted sesame powder
- Use 2 Dried red chillies broken
- Get 1 tbsp Dhuli urad dal

Instructions to make Coconut rice:
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add red chillies, urad dal and sauté till the dal turns light brown.
- Add curry leaves, ginger and green chilli. Mix and add coconut and sauté for a while on low heat. Add peanuts and mix. Add rice and mix lightly.
- Add salt and mix lightly. Add coriander leaves and mix. Serve with sambhar.
