The ingredients needed to make Lemon Rice:
  1. Take 3-4 cups cooked Rice
  2. Use 3-4 tbsp lemon juice or as per required sourness

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, ural dal, chana dal, curry leaves, green chillies and saute till the dals are golden brown.

  4. Next add cooked rice, lemon juice, peanuts, salt and mix well. Cover and steam for or minute or two.
