- Get 1 cup cool Cooked rice
- Get 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- Use 2 green chillies chopped or slit
- Use As needed Oil chana dal,mustard and jeera for tadka
- Get as needed Chopped coriander for garnish
- Get to taste Salt
- Take pinch mustard
- You need 1/2 spoon ginger paste
- Provide 1 tsp Masala Dhania powder
Instructions to make Onion fried rice:
- Keep chopped onion, green chillies and chopped coriander ready
- Heat oil add mustard, jeera, Chana dal, green chillies, chopped onion and salt in the same order and fry till golden brown
