  2. Prepare 2 1/2 cup rice flour

  3. Make small round rotis with your hand from the dough
  4. Take the roti and add the chickpea paste to the roti and form a taco
  5. Now steam the rice farre for 15 mins in medium flame
  6. Allow the farre to cool down before frying them
  7. Add oil to a fry pan, add mustard seeds to the hot oil and let it crackle after that add turmeric powder and chilli flakes
  8. Now add the farre to the oil and stir for a few mins
