- First we will prepare batter for chilla
- Take besan in a bowl put 1 tsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp haldi,1tsp green chilli paste,salt to taste and 1 cup water mix it well to make a smooth batter
- Now take a tawa and heat it on medium flame
- Now spread oil on tawa
- Pour the batter on tawa with help of bowl and spread it all over the tawa
- Now with the help of spatula roll the chilla and take out of the tawa

- Now take a kadai put oil and heat
- When oil heats put cumin and methi seeds
- Now put onion when onion becomes brown add tomatoes
- When tomatoes become soft add left ginger,garlic and green chillies paste
- Mix it well,now put dhania,haldi,red chilli power and mix
- When masala becomes brown then add 2 cups water and stir it well
- Now cut the chillas,when the water in the kadai boils then add chillas into the kadai add garam masala and salt to taste
- Cover the kadai and let it cook for 5 minutes.
