- Use 1 cup Rice flour
- Prepare 1/4 cup split chickpeas soaked
- Provide 1/4 cup urad daal soaked

Instructions to make Fried rice fara:
- Boil a cup of water in a vessal,add ghee and salt and mix well.
- After it has reached it's boiling point switch off the flame
- Add a rice flour to it and mix well.
- After mixing it cover and rest the dough for 5 to 10 mins.
- For the stuffing
- Soak a spilt chickpea and urad daal for 3 to 4 hours in a water
- After 3 to 4 hours,grind the soaked daal coarsely ground.
- Add all the spices,green chilli,coriander leaves,salt.Mix the ingredients well and stuffing is ready.
- For assembling the fara
- Pour the dough in a plate and apply some oil in a palms.
- Mash the dough until it reaches to it's soft texture.
- While mashing it.use 3 to 4tbsp of water for it
- Divide the dough in a smaller size dough lumps and roll a dough lump between your palms.
- Press to give it a shape of peda and coat it dry rice flour.
- Flatten the dough thickly into 3 to 4 inches
- Cut it using a cup of container or glass
- Hold the flattened dough in your palm place some stuffing over it
- Fold it and assemble all the faras likewise
- Preheat 2 to 3cup of water in a vessel place a stainer over it and grease with oil
- Place some fara over the stainer and cook while it for 10 mins in high to medium flame
- The fara has steamed cooked for another 10 mins.
- Frying the fara:Preheat a pan and chop the fara into a pieces
- Add oil in a pan and heat it
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds in low flame
- Add some finely chopped green chilli,red chilli powder,coriander leaves finely chopped, lemon juice and salt salt to taste and mix well
- Add fara and roast for 2 to 3mins after 2 to 3 mins fara has become crispy and it has cooked,
- Your tasty and delicious fried fara is ready served with green chutney.
