- Prepare 2 cup rice
- Take 2 medium size chopped onions

- First soak rice in water for an hour, then boil them in cooker till one whistle.
- Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and mustard seeds when they start sprinkle add chopped onions, bay leaves and dalchini. Fry them till onion get golden brown in colour.
- Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes. Add chopped green chilli and tomatoes and fry till oil start seperating. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and chilli sauce. Fry for 2 minutes. Add paneer and fry for 5 minutes.
