  2. Get 1/2 cup Ash gourd (kumbalanga)sliced to thin pieces-length one inch

  4. Take 1/2 cup brinjal colocasia or (optional)
  5. Prepare 3 nos green chillies
  6. Take 3 sprigs curry leaves
  7. Use 1 cup coconut grated
  8. Prepare 2 tbsps coconut oil
  9. Get salt -to taste
Instructions to make Onam Vibhavangal-Olan:
  1. The vegetables cleaned and cut to uniform size of one inch length are cooked soft adding 2 cups of water, 3 green chillies and half tsp of salt.
  2. Crush the grated coconut adding one cup of water and extract the coconut milk. Add the coconut milk,curry leaves and the cooked kidney beans to the above cooked vegetables before taking out from the fire,stirring continuousy
  3. Take out from fire just before the coconut milk starts boiling.
  4. Add coconut oil and more salt if required.Delicious "OLAN' is ready
