  2. Baki pyaaz main thora panii daal dein ta ke pyaaz jale nahin
  3. Phir us pyaaz main adrak lehson paste chicken fry krn itnaa ke chickn par hlkaa colour a jaay
  4. Chicken ko adrak lehson ke sath bhoon'ne ke baad us mein nihaari masala add kar ke masala bhunen or masala bhun jaay to uska adhaa oil ek bowl main nikaal lein
  5. Oil nikaal ke us main 3 cup pani daal dein ke salan patlaa ho kafii phir use 10 min dam par rkhn
  6. 2tbs ataa le kar use tawe par bhoon ln achii trhan ke ate thora brown ho jay or khushbu aane lg jaay
  7. Ataa bowl mein daal ke use ptlaa ptlaa kar lein orr phir salan main daal ke hilate rahn taa ke aate kii gutliyan na bnen
  8. Ataa daal ke low flame par 10 min tak pkne dein or phir flame band kar dein chickn gal jaay or ataa pak jay too
  9. Plate mein nikal ke jo oil alag kiyaa thaa woo dal ke jitni apko zroort hai adrak sabaz mirchn or sabaz dhaniyaa daal ke decorate krn or serve karein
