Instructions to make Chicken Nihari:
  1. Heat the ghee in a pan; add ginger garlic paste and chicken, fry until it turns white. Then put salt and nihari masala, fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add 1 litre of water. Cook on high heat till the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Then add flour mixture gradually, keep stirring until it starts boiling. Now cook on low heat until chicken is tender.
  4. When done, serve after 15 minutes with green coriander, green chillies, lemon slices and ginger flakes.
