- Provide 100 grams Cake flour
- Prepare 20 grams Sugar
- Provide 20 ml Vegetable oil
- Get 30 ml Milk

- Mix the vegetable oil, milk, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add cake flour and mix lightly.
