  3. Prepare 1 tomato pureed

  4. Remove fish and temper jeera seeds and bay leaf
  5. Add onion paste saute well
  6. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt turmeric powder
  7. As the raw smell disappears add tomato puree and red chilli powder and saute till the masala starts realising oil
  8. Add the curd keeping the flame at the lowest and mix
  9. Finally add sugar and allow it to simmer
  10. Garnish with garam masala powder and dhaniya leaves
