The ingredients needed to cook Sweet Potato Cookies:
- Prepare 100 grams Sweet potato
- Provide 50 grams Butter (or margarine)
- Get 40 grams Sugar
- Use 1 Egg
- You need 120 grams ○Cake flour
- You need 1 grams ○ Baking powder (optional)

Instructions to make Sweet Potato Cookies:
- Lightly rinse the sweet potatoes in water. Wrap them in cling film and warm them in the microwave to soften for 5 minutes. Peel the potatoes and mash them to get rid of the liquid. Leave to cool.
