- Then take one Palak ka patta..put some besan batter. Then put 2nd Palak ka patta..again put besan ka batter then put 3rd patta.. Again put besan ka batter..then put 4th layer of Palak ka patta.. Again put besan ka batter. Now… Fold in circular motion together all 4 Palak ke patter. You can tie knot with thread if you want..
- Similarly make all of them.. Palak and besan ke rolls
- Add water and boil in container…Grease steam plate..put all the Palak rolls on it..Cover the lid and cook for 25 to 30 miniutes on medium heat
- Now cool and cut into sliced pieces..
- Take a pan. heat oil.. Hing.. Rai. Jeera. Sesame seeds, green Chilli, then put all the sliced pieces. Mix lightly..
