- Take 3 Boiled Egg
- You need 2 chopped onion
- Prepare 1 chopped tomato
- You need 2 chopped green chilli
- Use 3/4 cup Dahi
- Take 1 tejpatta
- Use 1 spoon Garam masala powder
- Provide 3 Chhoti elaichi
- Prepare 1 Badi elaichi
- Get 3 spoon Kaju, posta & magaj paste
- Provide to taste Salt

- You need 1 spoon Ginger garlic paste
Steps to make Green Masala Egg:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion. After 2 minutes add ginger garlic paste. Saute for approx 7-8 mins.
- Now take it out in a plate and keep aside to cool. Make paste of onion.
- Heat oil in a pan. Now add chhoti & badi elaichi, tej patta & garam masala. Add onion paste and saute for approx 5 minutes.
- Now add dahi, green coriander chutney and food colour as needed. Saute for approx 7-8 minutes.
- Add salt, boiled eggs and water as needed and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add Kaju, posta and magaj paste.
