  1. Use 2 apples
  2. Get 2 carrots
  3. Get 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  4. You need 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Take 1/4 tsp jeera (cumin)powder
  6. You need 4-5 tbsp sugar
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup water

  1. Wash and peel the carrots.Chop into medium size pieces.
  2. Wash the apples and chop into medium pieces.
  3. In a pan take oil and add chopped carrots and chopped apples, red chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder and jeera powder.
  4. Add water and cover and cook on medium flame till carrots and apples are soft and mushy.
  5. Add sugar and cook till sugar is dissolved.Let it cool completely.
  6. Grind it to a smooth paste. Serve with roti, paratha, chips, or apply on bread. Note:Sugar can be adjusted as per the sweetness of apples.
