The ingredients needed to make Mango custard:
  1. You need 2 liter milk
  2. Take 8 tbs mango custard powder
  3. Provide 1 cup Colored vermicelli
  4. Get 2 cup cube cut mango
  5. Take 2 cup sugar
  6. Use 1 packet rafhan red jelly
  7. Take Chopped almond as required
  8. Get Chocolate chips as required
  9. Prepare Desiccated coconut as required
Instructions to make Mango custard:
  1. In a pot add milk boil it then add colored vermicelli in milk and cooked it for 6 to 8 mins…(stir continuously) now add sugar in it mix it until sugar is dissolved….
  2. Now take a bowl add milk and mango custard powder mix it until no lumps in it… Now pour this dissolved custard in milk, mix continuously until it thick now turn off flame….. And let it cool at room temperature….
  3. Now turn on flame take a sauce pan add 2 cups of water boil water now add rafhan jelly powder in it mix it until it dissolved in water cook for 30 seconds then turn off flame… Take any mold or plate pour this mixture in mold or plate and cool it at room temperature… After it cool at room temperature… Keep in fridge until it set…. After it set cut it into shapes as you like…
  4. Now take a serving dish pour custard and put some mangoes in it mix… Now on the center of bowl put some mango and on the sides keep lauer of jelly…. Now on the top put some chopped almonds, chocolate chips and desiccaated coconut…. Now our mango custard is ready…… Chilled it in fridge then serve……
