- Provide 1 tsp sooji

Instructions to make Dhokla cake:
- Add besan, sooji, ginger curd salt and whisk them well
- Check that no lumps formed….
- Grease a tin and keep aside…in the mixture add eno and immediately pour the mixture into the pan
- In a kadhai boil 1-2 glass water and keep that tin in it and cover it with the lid….
- Let it steam it for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes insert a knife into the dhokla and check whether it comes out clean…if it is clean, ut means your dhokla is ready
- Now transfer the dhokla in some tray or plate.
- Take a pan add water and sugar and give it a boil…till the sugar melts
- Pour this sugar water on dhokla
- For tadka:- take a small pan add mustard seeds and heeng till it crackle…
- Now spread this tadka on the dhokla…
- Garnish the dhokla with pomegranate and corriander leaves.
