  3. Heat oil in a wok add garlic paste saute add onion paste saute till brown,add ginger paste & Tomato puree saute for two minutes then add all dry masalas saute 2 minutes then add boiled water for gravy.
  4. Gravy boiled for 2 minutes add koftas cook for 2 minutes.
