- Get 2 pieces rohu fish
- Use 1/2 onion (grinded into paste)
- You need 1/2 ginger garlic paste

Steps to make Shahi fish korma:
- Wash and marinate the fish with salt
- Heat oil in a work fry the fish well from both sides and keep aside.
- Now add oil in the pan and temper the sahi jeera and bay leaf.
- Make a micture of all the paste except cashew raisins paste,in the curd.
- Add this into the wok and saute adding salt.
- As the raw smell goes away, add cashew raisins paste and mix well.
- Add coconut milk and bring it to boil.
- Add the fried fish and cover for 5-6 minutes.
