- Use 1 bowl Spinach pyuri
- Take 2 tsp Besan
- Take 1 tsp Dry coconut chopped
- Take 1 tsp Chana daal
- Use 1 tsp Peanuts
- Prepare 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Use 5-6 Garlic buds
- Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- You need 1 tsp Green chilli paste

- Take 2 Red chilli

Instructions to make Palak Hariyali:
- Wash spinach and boiled for 5 minutes in water and pinch of salt
- Now make spinach pyuri in mixer add besan in pyuri
- Now heat oil add cumin seeds when flutters add peanuts chana daal
- Saute for 4 minutes add dry coconut chopped add ginger garlic paste Saute for 2 minutes add red chilli
- Add green chilli paste saute for next 2 minutes
- Add turmeric powder,salt,garam masala mix it well
- Now add spinach pyuri mix well add little water as necessary
- Let it boil for 7 minutes
- Serve with chapati,bhakri or rice with fried garlic buds
