- You need 1/2cup Gram flour

Steps to make Cheesy upma bonda:
- First we have to make upma for that heat a pan and dry roast semolina for 2-3minuts and then remove from flame and keep aside
- Now heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add mustard seeds curry leaves in it let they crakle
- Now add onion,carrot in oil and cook it fir a minut
- Add capsicum in it and cook
- Add salt turmeric powder redchilli powder in vegetables and mix well
- Now lower the flame and add curd in it and mix imidiately and add roasted semolina in it mix well
- Add water about 1-11/2cups and mix well cook it till water get reduced and mixture starts leaving the pan
- Upma is done remove it from flame let it cools down completely make sure that upma should not be too soft or hard
- Make small size balls from upma make a small cavity in middle of it
- Put cheese in it and fold it in this way make cheese filled upma balls from all the prepared upma
- Heat oil for frying in a deep pan meanwhile take gramflour /besan in a vessel add salt and mix
- Add water in it and make a batter like dosa or pakora batter
- Dip upma balls in this batter and fry it in hot oil it golden and crisp texture
- Remove bonda from Oil serve hot with sauce or chutney
