- Get 150 g besan
- Take 13-15 pieces palak puree

- Turn on the gas and put khadhai on it. - Mix besan,buttermilk, pudina chutney, salt and palak puree…..and blend it for 5 to 10 seconds. - Now put this batter in khadhai and start stiring it. - Keep medium flame.
- In the initial stage this batter will be thin in texture. - Keep on stirring it continuosly….and make sure there should not form any lumps in it. - Keep stirring fast till the batter turns in to thick texture. - As soon as it become thick.Pour this batter on already grease plateform.
- Spread this batter very fast as soon as it possible for u. - Now let it cool down for 10 min. - After cooling down cut it with the knife. - And start rolling slowly slowly khanvi….. as it's very soft….soo make sure u should roll it very softly and without pressing it.
