  1. In bowl whisk together besan and buttermilk.also add turmeric powder
  2. Blend to a smooth paste
  3. In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds once the seeds crackles add hing and curry leaves, red chilli.saute for a minute
  4. Add buttermilk mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 mintues while stirring continuously
  5. Add spinach puree,spinach leaves,salt and mix well and cook on a low flame for 3-4 minutes
  6. Serve hot with rice
