- You need 5 large potatoes (boiled & peeled)
- Provide as needed Oil
- You need 1 cup gram flour
- Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Use 1/2 tsp coriander powder

- Prepare To taste Salt

Instructions to make Aloo Bonda:
- Heat oil in a pan,add heing,cumin, green chillies & saute.Now add all dry masale and mix mashed potatoes into this.Sprinkle some coriander leaves & kasoori methi.In another bowl take gram flour with little salt,red chilli powder and make a batter.Consistency must not be very thick nor very thin.
- Make balls from fried potatoes and coat nicely with gram flour batter.
- Heat oil in another pan & fry balls in medium flame.Aloo bondas are ready to eat
